Perfect for beginners and beyond, a Yin practice to slow down the mind & body. This style of practice is a wonderful compliment (& also necessary) for runners, cyclists, and athletes of all sports. Long holds in supported seated, supine, or floor postures meant to soften not only muscles but connective tissue. Plus breath work and meditation sure to prepare you for ultimate relaxation!
