Use the breath as your engine and the intelligence and measurements of your own body to find space within the joints of the body.
We will begin with breath work to build heat and gain an understanding of our abilities and limitations. We will practice standard postures yet experiment by switching them up to gain awareness, find space, and get uncomfortable so we can understand more about how our bodies function and how our mind responds. This practice is for anyone who is curious about certain imbalances in their body, wanting to have some consistency in each practice, and also has yoga experience already. It is also for students wanting to take their practice deeper and who are open to hands on adjustments. Suggested for a 'beyond beginner' and students further along in their yoga asana journey.
