Join us for this introductory workshop on self regulation / emotional intelligence and learn more on the psychophysiology of stress, emotions and heart-brain interactions.
Self Regulation is our ability to manage emotions without intervention from external bodies. During this workshop attendees will learn how the ability to manage our own emotions impacts our health along with those we come in contact with daily. Participants will walk away with easy, applicable practices that can be applied at work, home, driving, daily conversations, the classroom and any time you find the need to de-stress. Through these strategies one can strengthen resiliency and improve the ability to make decisions.
