Prepare to get quiet and introspective in this Yin and Restorative practice. We will begin with a seated meditation and then get into holding seated and/or supine postures for 3-4 minutes each to get in deeper than the muscle fibers and into the fascia (connective tissue) within the body. Your body will be supported as much as possible so you can settle in and allow the opening to happen. Get comfortable being uncomfortable. We will be sure to open up the legs, hips, spine, shoulders, arms, hands, and neck as we go along week by week.
